3.  Project Plan - Marine Theme Mirror Frame

Alastair had a lot of fun conceiving and making this marine theme wall
mirror because it required the use of a number of different skills. Don't
limit yourself to a marine theme however. Take the idea and create a scene
that has personal significance for you.

4.  Forest Heritage Centre, by Florian Popp

The tiny Western Australian town of Dwellingup is home to the innovative
Forest Heritage Centre. A world class facility which incorporates the
School of Wood, the Centre is dedicated to increasing awareness and under-
standing of how Western Australia's forest heritage can be conserved,
managed, and used most effectively.

5.  Carving Green Timber, by Arthur Clark

Well known Australian woodcarver Arthur Clark, puts his theory on carving
green timber to the test and creates a Potato Cod from the humble Mango
Tree.

6.  Site of the Month!

Like most of you - I visit lots of woodworking sites each month.
www.kestrelcreek.com is the home of three wonderful woodturners (the
youngest is only 17!) who are really pushing the boundries of creativity in
turning.  You MUST check out this site and be inspired to head out to the
workshop to pick up the tools again!
